These are extraordinary and challenging times.  Circumstances change rapidly.  Are you suffering from anxiety symptoms?  Do you have difficult thoughts and emotions, feeling overwhelmed?  MINDFULNESS  is an evidence based practical way to managing stress, avoiding depression, relieving pain, and restoring wellbeing.  You have the resources within yourself that can be cultivated to enable you to gain mindfulness awareness, compassion knowledge and greater resilience that helps you to ‘bounce back’ in a gentle and kind way. 
£3 per session on any course for any person in difficult financial times. ​
