The 'Mindfulness Now' 8 Week Course Programme

is a unique mind/body programme incorporating
​a fusion of key elements from 
MBSR and MBCT which includes:
  • An eight weeks teaching and support programme with open-ended support
  • A detailed individual assessment
  • ​Individual, personalised, one-to-one mindfulness meditation sessions​
  • Group mindfulness meditation sessions
  • Individual dedicated audio recordings​​
​Shirley Phillips is a Mindfulness Now Accredited Mindfulness Teacher and Mindfulness Now Licensee.
